Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on all orders. You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it. You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at info@carpart4less.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a free prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how to send the item back.
Returns sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping is free — we provide a prepaid label so you don't pay anything to send the item back.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Because most of our parts are unique used items (typically one of each in stock), the fastest way to get a different part is to return the item you have and place a new order for the part you need.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
